Come. Be our wedding's Cornerstone, O Lord,
the Stone which some rejected, others sold,
but One which You will fit into tried gold
bought with a price none other could afford.
Sought secretly, You openly reward,
and though two rings, our marriage is threefold,
which Father, Son, and Holy Ghost behold
and knit together with the threefold cord.
Come. Bless our vows. Is it a little thing?
I am her head. She is my flesh and bone.
Face answers face, so ring will answer ring,
for You, O Lord, have answered from Your throne.
Our Savior and our Lord, our God and King,
Christ Jesus, be our wedding's Cornerstone.
