Arise, my love, and let us leave these places,
and gather where the roe and roebuck feed,
and seek throughout our garden godly seed,
and love each other, that our children's faces,
whose feet shall be as hinds' feet in high places,
shall stand before Christ faithfully and freed
of every bond and hindrance, want and need,
except the want of love and our embraces.
Arise, my love, and listen for the voice
among the flowers of the spring - the Dove
who nests where we embrace, where we rejoice,
and where for good and godliness thereof,
we ask for children. Godly is our choice,
and well-pleased is our Father with our love.
