Revival of Love: Psonnets and Other Poems of Life, Love, and the Lord

Psonnets of Romance
Sheaves of Our Loves

You are my bride, my treasure, my reward,
the lover of my lovingkindnesses,
whom I so kiss with bliss, caress, and bless,
and as I lead our love before our Lord,
my love, your love, His love, the threefold cord
binds harvests of our loves in sheaves afresh
and ties us lovers twain into one flesh
to be in heavenly storehouses stored.
We have been threaded through His loving loom
and woven with His ways into one cloth,
the skirt and healing hem of Christ our Groom,
whose sabbath field we glean between each swath,
and Christ has gone before to make us room
in mansions of the Lord of Sabaoth.
