Our Father Sees in Secret

Our Father sees in secret when you pray,
so when you pray, go in and shut the door
and pray in faith, your mind and heart toward
what He has done for you, what He shall say,
and all the ways He shall lead you today.
Then when your prayers are answered, that reward
shall mean to you and others so much more
than glory men would give, that fades away.
And if you ask Him time and time again
to answer prayer, whatever it may be,
the God of all comfort shall not refrain,
for God is just, and soon your eyes shall see
that faith's repeated askings are not vain.
Our Father shall reward you openly.
